The University Libraries Faculty Council (ULFC) provides a forum for all faculty within UL to discuss, debate, and make recommendations to library administration on matters of importance to the UL faculty (e.g., UL policies, planning, services). The ULFC also provides a forum for Bargaining Unit Faculty (BUF) to discuss and debate issues specific to the BUF (e.g., AAUP issues and RTP). Finally, the ULFC provides an open channel of communication and understanding between the UL faculty and library administration.
