As far as primary sources, Westlaw has statutes for the U.K. and France. Some case law is available in Westlaw, see below. Lexis has cases and statutes available for the U.K,, but for few other countries.

Most of these sites allow you to search countries alphabetically. These lists are quite comprehensive. You should have no problem finding research guides for most countries.
