What can you do with My Library?

  • Check the status of materials you currently have checked out 
  • Check the status of materials you have requested from UA, OhioLINK, and SearchOhio libraries
  • Renew checked out library material
  • Save and retrieve your preferred searches
  • View Fines/Fees

How to access My Library

To access My Library
Click on the My Library Account link on any UA University Libraries web page. When requesting items from ZipSearch or the UA Libraries, OhioLINK, and SearchOhio catalogs you'll automatically be directed to the My Library Account login page.

For current UA students, faculty , staff, and emeritus
When prompted enter your UANET ID and password
Your UAnet ID is the part of your email that appears before @uakron.edu

For Visitors including UA alumni, UA retirees, and community patrons
When prompted enter your lastname, firstname and barcode
