S. Victor (Vic) Fleischer is the University Archivist & Head of Archival Services at The University of Akron. He also holds the rank of Associate Professor of Bibliography. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in History with a concentration in American Studies and an M.L.I.S. in Library and Information Science from Kent State University. Mr. Fleischer specializes in archival science, museum studies, public history, and local history.
