History of Mathematics: Home

Introduction

This library guide is for Dr. Saliga's History of Mathematics class, specifically to help with the research presentation. Mostly, this page was created so students have a convenient one stop page for reference while working on their presentation.

Finding Articles

If you need to find articles on a TOPIC or SUBJECT, use one of our databases. Databases (see box "Mathematics Databases" on this page) collect article references from many sources so you can search broadly.

If you have a reference and you want to FIND AN EXACT ARTICLE, use the A-to-Z journal list. Search for the journal title and follow the links to the full text.

Alternately, you can use Google Scholar (link in the Mathematics Databases box on this page), which is pretty good at locating EXACT article titles.
