This portion will both demonstrate how to download the files off of our Digital Collections Site, and how to request a higher resolution version. Please click between the tabs below to find details about each option.
Be aware that when requesting high-resolution images, fees may apply.
Step 1: Find an image you'd like to download within your search results and click on the item to view its details.
Step 2: When the item and details on the page load, right click directly on the image and select the option "save image as".
Step 3: Select where you wish to save the image. The image will automatically default to jpeg file format.
Note: If you wish to access this image in another format or at a higher resolution, you will either have to convert the image or request a higher resolution version.
Step 1: Find an image you'd like to request within your search results and click on the item to view its details.
Step 2: Once the item loads, scroll down to the section titled "item description" and find the fields titled "identifier" and "contact information".
Step 3: Use this information to send an email to Archival Services. Include the email address listed in our contact information, email@example.com, and the image identifier. This will allow us to appropriately identify which image you are requesting.
