What You Will Need

You will need the following to access library services:

  • Your ZipCard: This is your library card.  It has essential information that you will need to access and request library materials.
  • Your UAnet ID and password: You will not be able to access the Library's Springboard classroom or any subscription resources without it.  Maintain your password and do not let it expire.
  • Your UAnet email: This is how we will communicate with you.  We cannot send any library resources to you via any non-UA email address.  Check your email at least once daily, more often if we are actively assisting you.
  • Access to Microsoft Teams: This is how we will hold virtual office hours, online demonstrations, and in-depth reference assistance.  For best results, a webcam and sound are essential.  If using a tablet or other smart device you can download the Teams app and use your device's sound and video capabilities.
