WHAT TO DO:
When an Article or a Print Book is not Available?

• For articles, Submit an interlibrary loan (ILL) request and we'll get it for you from another library. It's free! Required: Create an ILL account.
  Visit the ILL FAQ page for questions about your ILL account & contact information.

• For print books (paper copies only), Search the OhioLINK Catalog to determine if the book may be borrowed from another OhioLINK-member institution, and to request the book directly from the OhioLINK Catalog. If no, submit an ILL request for the print book.

Get a Second Opinion and Improve Your Papers!  

• Visit the Writing Lab in the Bierce Library, Room 68, ground floor, walk-ins hours, and other details.
• Visit the Writing Lab in Polsky 303: Call 330-972-7046 for an appointment (UA Akron Campus).
• E-mail your research papers to the UA Writing Center before submitting your research papers to your instructor.
