Finding Articles

When you're searching for law review articles, the best place to start is probably HeinOnline. It's not as glossy as Westlaw or Lexis or Google Scholar, but it retains the articles in their original pdfs, so that you can get the correct pagination in your citations.

When you're searching for a non-law article, or if Hein didn't work, try searching our catalog for the journal title, not the article title.

Research Plan

  • Come up with keywords
  • Look for a secondary source

  • Polish
    • Update everything
    • Fix your citations
    • Proofread
