The Buddies of the Ninth Air Force Association (BOTNA) was an organization founded in 1981 by Bob Mynn to remember the 9th Air Force and their war time airfields in the United Kingdom. In addition to holding events in the UK for the 9th Air Force's service, there were newsletters, meeting notes, and other publications that are held in the collections, and in our digital collections. While the organization disbanded in the early 2000s, its memory is still remembered at military celebrations in the UK.
