Lexis and Westlaw Alerts

After you run a search in Lexis or Westlaw, you can create an alert to email you new results. Just click on the bell icon (In Lexis, the bell is in the upper left, on Westlaw it is in the upper right).

To view and edit alerts,

On Westlaw, click on Notifications in the upper right and select alerts.
On Lexis, click on the 3 dots in the upper right and select alerts.

CILP - Current Index to Legal Periodicals

SmartCILP Alert Service
via HeinOnline. Go to this page and click Create New SmartCILP User (button on the right) to create a new account).
SmartCILP sends you emails listing recently published law review articles on the topics of your choosing.

To edit your SmartCILP preferences, go to HeinOnline, log in and then click on the link in the upper right that says "___'s Profile". From there, you can pick Manage SmartCILP Notifications.
