The National Assembly, therefore, has the review power or the power "to annul documents of the President, Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Government, Prime Minister, Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuracy that contravene [*179] the Constitution."136 The Standing Committee of the National Assembly has the power "to suspend the implementation of documents of the Government, Prime Minister, Supreme People's Court or Supreme People's Procuracy that contravene the Constitution."
