A site that provides some free and some for fee documents

Caselaw Vietnam is a database of legal documents, judgments and judgments, contract forms (bilingual), HS codes and import duties. The case law appears to be free, but some contract templates and other features require a subscription.

Within this collection, there are 26 case laws adopted by the Judicial Council of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam between 2016 and 2018. These case laws have been translated by Caselaw Viet Nam for legal researchers and law practitioners to easily access the case laws.
