Vietnam is not in the Bluebook Table 2 for Foreign Jurisdictions. (as of 1/30/2025)
Per the Greenbook, Vietnam does not have a uniform format to cite to legal sources.

Constitution

Short Form: Const. Kh.,art. 43.

This is a cite to the most current Constitution and Amendments (1992 Constitution, with the most recent amendments, the last of which was 2013.)


Statutes & Codes

Citing to an official version in Vietnamese:
The Official Gazette, can provide a Gazette number. Note that the issuing date of Nov. 27 is not the same as the dates of the Gazette issue this code was published in.

         Criminal Code, Nov. 27, 2015, 100/2015/QH13, art. 159, The National Assembly, Official Gazette/1263&1270-12/2015 (Vn.).
